Tenant may keep whatever farm livestock they choose in accordance with any and all Maryland/Charles County Agricultural Codes, Ordinances and Regulations. It is the tenant's responsibility to research compliance with all regulatory agencies prior to bringing any livestock onsite. Tenant occupants may hunt in the wooded portion of the property behind the home site per Maryland hunting regulations. Tenant is responsible for upkeep of the farmette property. Spayed/neutered indoor pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenant is requested to assume a “care taker” role for the three outdoor farm cats that call the farm home. Please note that lease will contain a chemical-free land stewardship clause.
