My name is Dave Springer and I’m the the owner of Springer Realty Group as well as a licensed broker in PA, DE, NJ, and MD. After graduating college with an accounting degree, I spent many years working in the corporate finance field. In 2002, my wife and I began purchasing investment properties. When the market took off, so did my business and shortly thereafter, I decided to leave the finance profession and devote 100% of my time to do what I love…Real Estate!
After several years, I decided I wanted to become a broker and open my own real estate office. As an independent broker, I wanted to make my company stand out from the rest. I truly feel that real estate agents should be able to run their business as they see fit and giving them 100% of their hard earned commissions allows them to do just that.

Stu Schulman | President
Stu helps lead the overarching strategy and growth of Springer Realty Group. He has a heightened attention to retaining our agents and ensuring their experience supports their choice to keep SRG as their broker. With more than 25 years serving in progressive leadership roles, he has a strong record of driving operational excellence that improve peoples’ experiences, optimize efficiencies, and maximize growth.
Stu earned his bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. Stu has completed 4 Ironman races and is an avid health and nutrition enthusiast. He is passionate about helping others discover and realize their best version of themselves. He enjoys adding value to the great environment already in place at SRG and bringing it to more people over time.

Monique Marks | Chief Operating Officer
Monique is responsible for ensuring that our agents continue to have a top-notch experience here at Springer. With an extensive background in business operations & workflow strategies, she takes an agent-focused approach to her work. She prioritizes simple to use systems when developing and implementing the strategies, procedures, and business plans needed to enhance company growth. For agents transferring to Springer, Monique oversees our onboarding process to facilitate a smooth and successful transition.
Monique has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton. Before her career in real estate, she worked in a leadership capacity for two different international companies, and she was co-founder & co-owner of a successful 20-year bridal shop business. She loves spending time with family, and her hobbies include reading, sewing, and traveling. She would be an avid gardener in a perfect world but has yet to develop a green thumb.

John Larney | Creative Director
John is dedicated to promoting cutting-edge, creative, and effective branding methods for our real estate professionals while also building on Springer Realty Group's continued marketing efforts. Since joining in 2014, he has contributed to the overall growth and retention of hundreds of agents, opening multiple office locations, expanding into other states, and developing affiliate relationships. This has helped increase transactions for the company year after year.
Prior to residential real estate, John has successfully contributed solutions in the financial, computer, and commercial real estate industries, consisting of areas such as software development, contract specialists, and marketing leadership. This included supporting clients such as IBM, GE Capital, Microsoft, FedEx, CTDI, McDonalds, CHOP and more. He is enthusiastic about helping others explore and reach their innovative business goals.

Lenny Dragwa | Finance Director
Lenny is responsible for many aspects of the financial side of Springer Realty Group. Working behind the scene, he ensures that our current and future agents continue to have a great experience here at SRG by handing commission payouts quickly. His involvement with real estate started by purchasing investment properties and he continues to do so. Along the way he also became a Realtor to further help him achieve his investment goals.
Lenny has a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. Before his career in real estate, he worked in a lab setting with several pharmaceutical companies. He loves vacationing with family and friends, being around water, hiking and playing as much baseball as possible.
