I have worked most of my life in the residential construction industry. I spent 34 years working for Michael Anthony Homes where we built an average of 40 homes per year.

I also have extensive knowledge in the land acquisition and development field and can interpret zoning codes and land use restrictions.

I now own and operate Inspiration Build & Design where I purchase homes for remodeling and resale as well as subdivide land as it becomes available.

I am currently working with a prominent Main Line Custom Builder in all facest of land development and the approval process.
